great times are enjoyed under the Big Oak Tree at the downtown area park for this huge
tree and landmark of Thomasville. This picture does not really do it justice to show you
just how large it really is. The white park sign to the right of the tree trunk base is
about the height of a person. This gives you an idea of this Oak Tree's massive size.
